Here are some tips for viewing the maps effectively:

  1. If you're having difficulty viewing the maps, try opening them in another tab and zooming in. To do this, simply right-click on the map image and select "open image in new tab".
  2. Another option is to download the image and zoom in as much as you like by right-clicking and selecting "download image". This can be especially useful for realtors who want to send a sitemap to their clients.
  3. By zooming in, you can get a better idea of the layout of the property and its surroundings.

Pricing:

  • Base Rent PSF: $30.12
  • NNN Fees PSF (i.e. CAM, RE-Tax): $5.25
    • Total Monthly: ( Square footage ) x ($35.37) + 6.5% (Sales TAX) = (ANNUAL RENT) / 12 = (MONTHLY RATE) 
    • DEPOSIT: Amount of first and last month's rent. First month is utilized while last month is held as security deposit.
    • 4% Annual increases on base rent.
  • 5-year minimum
  • Leasing Application required first.
  • Terms are negotiable with Landlord.
